Wu Xiaohai was born in 1972 in Hunan Province, China and now lives and works in Beijing. He graduated from the Mural Painting Department, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing in 2003, M.A. degree and is now a Professor in the Mural Painting Department, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing. He has held several solo shows and participated in collective exhibitions in Beijing, Peking, Madrid, Basel, Paris, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.

In 2008 he was named one of the 'Ten Artists of the Future', by Beaux Art Magazine, Paris, 1999. His work is part of a collection at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Exhibition Hall in Beijing, the FRAC Collection and the Art Museum of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.

Jun Zhao was born in 1975 in Jiang Su, Chang Shu city. In 1995, he attended the figurative expressionism class at the China Academy of Art. In 1999 he graduated with a Master’s Degree in oil painting, and he is currently a professor of oil painting at the China Academy of Art.

In 1998 his painting ‘Two models’ has been published in the, '70 years of the founding of the China Academy of Art’s exhibition.

From 1999 to 2003, the painting ‘Tea house’ has been selected into several art awards, exhibitions and art galleries. In 2004, the oil painting ‘Sidewalk’ has also been selected in the 11th Zhe Jiang Province art exhibition and gallery. In the following years, the work ‘From reality’ was included into the 'Zhe Jiang oil painting invites exhibition' in Zhe Jiang Art Museum. The painting ‘Tearoom series’ participated in the Best Chinese young artists exhibition at Shang Hai.

Beijing Bird's Nest Cultural and Creative Exchange Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. and National Stadium Co., Ltd. to operate and manage the construction of a new space on the north side of the Bird's Nest National Stadium after a series of re-planning and refurbishment works.

The new space was named "Bird's Nest Cultural Centre". A city on its own, it houses state of the art facilities for the creative and cultural industries.  It provides an incredible new area where public entrepreneurship meets the innovative and creative sector. The Bird's Nest Cultural Centre has already been dubbed as the "Architectural Miracle", the "Olympic Holy Land" and as an "Operational Model" for the innovative revamp in the Olympic land.

The new expansion of the North wing gifted the Bird's Nest Cultural Centre with an area of about 15,000 square meters of new exhibiting space, studios and workshop rooms, forums, roadshow exchange, and much more. The centre has first-class facilities, comprehensive support services, and offers a unique on-site experience which allows for a new level of art exhibitions.

Pedro Ip lives and works in Macau. He mastered communications during his study at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Moreover, he cultivated his profound interest in art-communications with an MBA study, and he has ever since been involved in various governmental and social community works. He is the director of Blanc Art Company Limited and president of Macao Chamber of Arts Commerce. Pedro is actively engaging with the art scene in Macau. Being an experienced art critic and curator, he is eager to promote contemporary art beyond national borders. Under his management, the Blanc Art gallery has been closely involved and cooperated with Macau Art Museum, The Venetian Macao, Galaxy Macao, L’ARC Macau, and Poly Auction.

The Shanghai Jewelry Design Association (SJDA) is a domestic and foreign jewellery design agency with jewellery designers and artists in Shanghai working to innovate the industry of jewellery design through technological and professional development.

The Association also endeavours to provide an international platform for jewellery designers in an era of global exchange. In fact, cultural engagement is seen as a priority for this platform in order to galvanise professional improvement, research, creativity, sources of inspiration, brand development, and the establishment of new jewellery design talents.

Fan Yaokai graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 2010 and was selected for the Central Cultural Management Academy for Curatorial Studies in 2015. He works as Head of Exhibitions for Artron.net, the largest Chinese art website with more than 2 million members and 8 million visitors on a daily basis. He has been a curator for more than 50 exhibitions in public museums and galleries in China. His most recent exhibitions include: 'AAC Art. Life. Seeing Show' in 2015 shown in Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Jinan, Singapore, and the USA for a year. 'Qidu Fine Art Furniture Fair' in 2014 shown in The Forbidden City and was the first fine art and furniture fair in China. The 'Perception Stems From Soul—Yao Ming-Jing Solo Exhibition' in 2016 at the National Art Gallery, China, widely commended by Feng Yuan and Fan Di-An (director of the National Art Gallery, China), and was said to be, 'an exhibition that reconstructs the display of the traditional Chinese ink painting'. At the 'Shihu Painting Fair' in 2012 at the Chinese Art Museum. Taking up 5 exhibition galleries and creating the largest solo exhibition in the Museum to date. Fan Yaokai collaborated with the China Cultural Department and Japan External Relations Department to organise a commemorative exhibition for the 4o years since the Sino-Japanese Joint Statement, 'Colours of the East – Sino-Japanese Ink Painting Fair'.

Jocelyn Burton is an award-winning Silversmith specialising in gold, silver & bronze and is internationally recognised as one of the world's leading artists in precious metals.

Jocelyn is a rarity in that she straddles a myriad of creative areas encompassing silverware, jewellery, architectural lighting, metalwork, and glassware. Her exquisite drawings (works of art in themselves) are made exactly to scale, before being translated into beautiful objects.

In 1974 Jocelyn became one of the first skilled female Freemen at the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, at which time she also became a Freeman of the City of London.

Her work can be found in many notable institutions including the Victoria & Albert Museum, St Paul's Cathedral, Goldsmiths' Hall, 10 Downing Street, York Minster, the Fitzwilliam Museum, and the Palace of the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Jocelyn Burton's commissions are many and varied and include pieces for many of the Worshipful Companies of the City of London and for the Royal Families and Nobility of these shores and others.

Designer Myungji Ye predominantly uses minerals in her jewellery. Her unique philosophy of jewellery came from her father, who was a mine operator and her mother, who is a historian. Since she debuted as a jewellery designer in 1998, she has received many international design awards. She also had a lot of invitational exhibitions and jewellery shows all over the world. Furthermore, she has collaborated on projects with global companies through her use of dynamic lines. She also is a Professor of the Department of Gemology at Hanyang University and developed her unique philosophy on minerals. She would like to present jewellery that resembles dynamic nature, blending art and jewellery.

Tim Andrews has gained an international reputation for his distinctive smoke-fired and Raku ceramics. He makes individual Raku work – black and white with linear decoration or burnished muted coloured slips.

Between 1994—95 he lectured part-time at Exeter College and was a guest lecturer at Plymouth College of Art and Design. He has lectured in Advanced Raku in Italy and in Denmark.

Tim Andrews’ works have been exhibited in many group and solo exhibitions throughout the UK and abroad, including China, India, USA, Japan, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, and Sweden.

His works are in many public and private collections including Stoke on Trent and Liverpool Museums, Ashmolean Museum, St John’s College – Oxford, Donna Karan – New York, Lord Chancellor Lord Irving, Imerys, The Royal Bank of Scotland (2006), Abromavich Collection, Coutts Bank and Fitzwilliam Museum, and Cambridge

He is the recipient of several awards, including Hitec-Lotec Award (1999/2000), and as well as being featured in many books and publications on ceramics.  He is the author of the best seller ‘Raku’, published in 2005 by A&C Black.

Tim also writes for Ceramic Art and Perception and Ceramic Review and regularly curates exhibitions. He is a Fellow of the Craft Potters Association (CPA), a Member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen and Honorary President of the West Country Potters Association.
